Our headshots are taken in our fully equipped studio in Rochester, Kent.

For every shoot we start by finding out about what you do and how you want to present yourself to the world!

We offer pre-shoot styling advice.

During your shoot you will receive full posing guidance.

All images are fully retouched.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Prior to your shoot we will have a chat on the phone where will we discuss how to prepare and what to wear.

General rules include avoiding busy patterns and bright colours. Classic designs and neutral colours work best.

Try and choose a couple of outfits with a different feel for example one more relaxed and one smarter outfit. For each outfit we can vary the look further. For example we can remove the jacket and tie for a more casual look.

This will give you a good range of images.

Do you include professional hair and make up?

Yes this can be provide for an additional £60 per person.

Are images retouched?

Yes all images are retouched to a professional standard. This includes a bit of skin smoothing where needed and getting rid of stray hairs and blemishes. Please ask if you have any other requests.

I hate having my photo taken. How can I get over my nerves?

Most people feel akward and nervous before a photoshoot. At the Love Lane Photography Studio you will be greeted with a warm welcome. You will have time to get ready and most importantly full posing guidance. I will guide you all the way with where to sit, how to stand and what to do with your hands. I will be aiming to get a good range of expressions depending on your job role with relaxed poses and smiles.
